At Fit For Purpose, we aim to empower individuals to achieve holistic health by aligning fitness with life's deeper purpose. We guide our clients towards balanced, fulfilling lives through personalised training and integrating the six pillars of wellness.

At Fit For Purpose PT, we help busy adults in Crows Nest, NSW and surrounding suburbs take control of their health through personalised fitness, mobile personal training, nutrition coaching, and holistic lifestyle support. Whether you're training at home, our gym, outdoors, or in a local park, our mobile PT services bring the workout to you. We focus on sustainable results tailored to your goals—improving strength, energy, fat-loss, muscle building and long-term wellbeing.

A Bit About Ben…

Ben Morris, the founder of Fit For Purpose - Personal Training, is dedicated to helping individuals achieve holistic health and well-being. With years of experience as a personal trainer and nutrition coach, Ben combines his expertise with a deep understanding of the six foundational pillars of wellness: breathing, thinking, nutrition, hydration, sleep, and movement. His personalised approach aligns physical fitness with life’s greater purpose, empowering clients to lead balanced, fulfilling lives. Ben's passion for holistic health is rooted in his transformation journey and commitment to continuous self-improvement.

    Having trained with Ben before, I knew I could expect his positive energy in our training sessions. I wanted to lose some weight and work on functional fitness. As I work in an office environment, it meant Ben had to think outside the square with my training and nutrition.

    I started working with Ben to improve my health and lose weight. I work in an office environment full-time and work some nights, so I had my share of challenges.
