Ben Morris, the founder of Fit For Purpose - Personal Training, is dedicated to helping individuals achieve holistic health and well-being. With years of experience as a personal trainer and nutrition coach, Ben combines his expertise with a deep understanding of the six foundational pillars of wellness: breathing, thinking, nutrition, hydration, sleep, and movement. His personalised approach aligns physical fitness with life’s greater purpose, empowering clients to lead balanced, fulfilling lives. Ben's passion for holistic health is rooted in his transformation journey and commitment to continuous self-improvement.

    Having trained with Ben before, I knew I could expect his positive energy in our training sessions. I wanted to lose some weight and work on functional fitness. As I work in an office environment, it meant Ben had to think outside the square with my training and nutrition.

    In the last 12 months, I have lost over 15 kilos of fat, added some serious muscle, got my body fat below 20%, and most importantly, I have more energy to keep up with a 2-year-old and another baby on the way.     I’ve been engaged in regular sessions with Ben at the Crows Nest Gym, Naremburn Park, and Tunks Park for the past 5 years, and it’s drastically enhanced the quality of my life. Ben has helped me integrate stronger movement patterns with healthier eating habits, resulting in a loss of 23kg, and I'm currently stronger than I’ve ever been.

    His expertise has been pivotal in my recovery from shoulder and elbow injuries.     I started working with Ben to improve my health and lose weight. I work in an office environment full-time and work some nights, so I had my share of challenges. I followed the program, embraced the process and asked Ben for guidance when I needed it. It was so simple to do the daily tasks, and the information was easy to digest. I feel that I learned so much about nutrition, health and myself in the process.

    I am 20kg lighter, I feel so much better mentally, and I am now running half marathons intending to do three more half marathons next year.
